SO, let me coach you for just a moment Mardy at no cost to you just this time...Andy Roddick since his US Open win....879879873 coaches and no more Grand Slams or big wins. Roger Federer who you want to be like more than yourself has no coach and his career has flopped. Andy Murray breaks up with Brad Gilbert, still no major wins....The list goes on and on. Here is the point. It is called COMMITMENT. In business and coaching and relationships like "marriage" its all the same. You have to make a COMMITMENT with someone and stick with it which is why you and everyone else in the field can not touch Rafael Nadal and it becomes one less distraction. This guy is committed to his coach, you don't see him firing and hiring and on an ego trip. COMMITMENT is why Pat Mac and the Davis Cup have been successful. Its working things out and lighting that fire under someones ass to make them work harder or the way you want them to instead of giving them the axe. Its working through those tough times that makes you stronger. I know you can't change the past now and let bygones be bygones but please keep this in mind for this coach that you are bringing in. Its commitment that will keep you in the loop of success. Good Luck kid.
